Drawbacks are is stinks to high heaven, and is $7 dollars a btl, but they last a bit. I've been spraying some of the new mission models acrylic paint through my various iwata's and i've got to say. This paint seems to be thicker than other paints, yet it sprays wonderfully.

The mmp gun metal is not a buffing paint. I would recommend you read it before you use this paints. The thing about mission models paint though, is that until you hit it with the thinner, it is chemically inert, so shelf life is theoretically a long long long long time, may be more economical in the long run, won't dry up in the bottle

Thanks to,www.dominomodel.befor their help with the video. Paint burst onto the modelling scene back in 2014 with a range of acrylic lacquer paints that quickly became the standard to which all other paints are compared. The mission models paint website has an extensive section on "faq" and "tips".

I have been a big fan of vallejo model color and model air and was anxious to see if my initial happiness with mm would continue. Mission models gun metal paint has a metallic sheen and is slightly darker when compared to model master gunmetal. My only complaint about this paint was the lack of luftwaffe colors.

I say was because that is no longer an issue. I know a guy on my fb modeling page, 32nd scale mafia, who swears by mission. No thinning, a huge selection of colors, and dries hard as nails.
